Bio

Jordan Francis, better known as "TAPPER" (tap-per), is an independent Canadian recording artist from Brampton, Ontario. Beginning his professional career in 2018, Francis has built his brand over the years through his persistent releases and self-produced music videos. Many describe Francis's artistic sound as a hybrid of modern Hip-Hop and trap - blending elements of old and new rhyming aesthetics. Born in Scarborough, ON, Francis would grow up to develop severe atopic eczema - a skin disease that would plague the majority of his childhood, alongside asthma and allergies. Throughout the years, Francis sought refuge in creative expression through music - recording demos and mixtapes from as early as 12 years old. Since then, Francis has been using his voice to inspire other creatives to pursue their passions despite adversity. From performing at NXNE and York University's Frosh Week to landing on numerous editorial playlists on Spotify - TAPPER has proven himself year after year, solidifying his position as next up on the industry's radar. Stay updated on TAPPER's next move by following him on all socials.
